Over time APW have seen a desire by both Contractors and Developers to limit the numbers of packages and therefore Sub Contractors on site which has led to an increasing number of packages being let as full Facades. However, most projects that we secure are “Punched Hole Window” installations with an element of Curtain Walling that would otherwise have to be let separately.
Having identified this gap in the market APW have developed a fulfilment strategy that allows our Clients to place both packages with APW. Working closely with one of the country’s top designers and with close links to the leading systems houses and fabricators, we are now able to offer a full Design, Supply, and Installation service across several systems.
This is usually to the Ground and First floor, a stack in a Stairwell or a vertical ribbon around the top of the building.
